Victoria Head is Chief Executive Officer of City Year UK, the youth and education charity that supports 18 to 25 year olds to tackle educational inequality through a year of full-time volunteer mentoring in schools. She brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across education, employability, skills and social impact, and a career built on creating opportunities that help young people and communities thrive. Before taking up the role in August 2026, Victoria was Strategic Director for Learning, Skills and Employability at Catch22, where she led a national portfolio spanning education, employability and social inclusion, and she has held senior roles in national employability and skills organisations. Her track record covers large-scale transformation, multi-million-pound contracts and strategic partnerships across government, education and the voluntary sector.
